Information you provide

The questionnaire asks about your accident, injuries, treatment, insurance and contact details. These answers can include health information. Only share what the form asks for; do not include identification documents, financial account numbers or other people’s private records.

Answers are saved in your browser’s session storage so you can move back through the questions. Submitting the form sends your answers, consent choices and submission details to our service.

How your request is handled

We use submitted information to process your request for an attorney review, keep a record of your consent and operate the service. Requests are routed through Claim Supply, our lead distribution service, for delivery to participating attorneys or marketing partners.

Attorneys pay for inquiries. Sharing a request is part of that commercial arrangement. An attorney who receives your details handles them under their own privacy practices. Sending a request does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Browsing and measurement

Our hosting and security services process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. Campaign links can set an attribution cookie that lasts up to 30 days and records information such as campaign identifiers and the page where you arrived.

When configured, we use Google Analytics, PostHog or Microsoft Clarity to understand site use. The browser analytics loader respects Global Privacy Control. Advertising measurement may also send a submission event to Meta, including hashed contact details and technical identifiers. Hashing does not make information anonymous.

Contact and privacy choices

You choose whether to submit the questionnaire and agree to the contact wording shown beside the checkbox. You can ask a caller to stop contacting you or reply STOP to marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent or object to certain processing. Write to the operator address with enough information to locate your request. Do not send sensitive documents unless they are needed and requested. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Storage and service providers

Submitted requests are stored by our platform and can be shared with services that provide hosting, routing, security and communications. Providers and recipients may process information outside your country.
